All thanks to the cooperation of Grupa LEW S.A. with the Civil Affairs Department of the City Council of Oświęcim. Thanks to it, the Oświęcim Resident Card was created. Any person living in Oświęcim and paying taxes to the Oświęcim Tax Office and family members living with such, children from the orphanage and foster families can get it. Farmers, unemployed people or those who are on welfare, living in Oświęcim can also apply for a card. A plastic proximity card with an individual number programmed permanently by the manufacturer of the memory chip will be issued free of charge for a period of five years.
