In Częstochowa, the Częstochowa Resident Card system based on the Local Government Loyalty Program is launched. From 9 January 2017, residents of the city will be able to submit applications for the issue of a card allowing to collect points at local entrepreneurs, which can then be exchanged for attractive bonuses. The card also integrates these existing programs (Częstochowa Senior, Family Plus) and gives access to the Municipal Public Library. Czestochowa Resident Card is an innovative product, will change, in the coming months it will be integrated with public transport tickets and provide payment function.
The main purpose of the Częstochowa Resident Card program is to reward the residents of Częstochowa for using the services of local entrepreneurs. “We are a company from Częstochowa, which is why we really wanted our expansion in the field of loyalty programs to start in this city. The City Hall in Częstochowa is open to innovative and unconventional projects that bring tangible benefits for residents, which is why the process of introducing the program ran very smoothly. We hope that the local government loyalty program will become popular throughout Poland and more local governments will benefit from our system” – comments Andrzej Basiak, President of Grupa LEW S.A.
Grupa LEW and the Częstochowa City Council plan to provide residents with a mobile application supporting the use of the program, the application will also become a platform for communication of the local government, entrepreneurs and residents.
